Colter + Shea-Lyn got married at the Guisachan House with their bridals at Mission Creek park. I met these two for the first time back in October of 2016 when they were visiting from Edmonton. I knew from the beginning that they were an amazing couple and their day was going to be something special! And, indeed, their rad guisachan House wedding was something special!
I met Shea-Lyn and her girls when they were beginning to get ready at the venue. The boys got ready at a different venue across town. Here at the house there was music playing in the background and the mood was calm. I began taking pictures of the details, the shoes and the dresses. They were all so perfect, Shea-Lyn even hand stitched on all of her flowers onto her gorgeous veil! Everyone was getting so excited for the day ahead. The make-up and hair was moving along smoothly. Georg made everyone a delicious lunch while they were busy getting ready. The boys arrived all suited up and we went for a little walk around the gardens to take some groomsmen shots.
The ceremony was so perfect! Darlene Samin did a wonderful job officiating. After they kissed and walked back down the aisle we took a group shot in the shade, said a quick hello to close friends and headed for Mission Creek Park.
We took some stunning bridals by the creek, laughed and enjoyed the day. Time ticked by too quickly and it was time to head back to guisachan house.
When we got back we did family photos and then made the grand entrance as Mr. + Mrs.! Food came, drinks starting flowing and speeches begun. We quickly snuck out for some sunset photos, which were amazing! When we got back there were more speeches and then the dancing began!
